4. To remove (something), wipe out, stamp out, get rid of totally obliterate

5. Exterminate (something), annihilate, kill, destroy, decimate, assasinate, massacre

Tear Down

4. To dismantle (something) to rip it apart, breaking it into pieces, to disassemble

5. To take (something) down, to knock it down, to pull apart
